Is a paddle included?

Yes. The paddle comes with the holster; other ORPAZ mounts are sold separately.

Is there a left-handed version?

Yes. Choose Right or Left in the Hand option.

Can I adjust how tight it holds?

Yes. Retention and rotation adjust with the included Allen key.

Can I carry it on a vest or drop-leg?

Yes. It takes every ORPAZ attachment: belt, Gen II paddle, low-ride, MOLLE and drop-leg, sold separately.
