Refund policy

We want you to buy once and have it fit. If something's wrong, here's how we make it right.

The Short Version

  • Tell us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Send it back within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging.
  • Wrong or defective item? We cover it.
  • Changed your mind? Return shipping is on you, and a restocking fee applies.

Wrong, Damaged or Defective Item

Email support@israeltacticalgear.com with your order number, a photo of the item and a photo of the shipping label. Once we confirm the issue, we'll either send a replacement (we pay standard shipping) or give you a full refund when the item is back with us. Our money-back guarantee applies to defective products.

Changed Your Mind or Ordered the Wrong Item

This covers ordering the wrong model or size, a duplicate order, or simply not wanting the item.

  1. Email support@israeltacticalgear.com with your order number, the reason, and photos of the item and its packaging.
  2. Keep the item unused and in its original box.
  3. Once approved, we'll send you the return address. Please don't ship anything before you get it: returns sent without approval can't be accepted.
  4. Pack it securely with a copy of your invoice and ship it within 30 days of delivery, with tracking.

Your refund is issued once the package arrives, minus:

  • a 15% restocking fee (20% for MCK and Meta Tactical items);
  • the original shipping cost, which isn't refundable.

Clearance items are final sale. Exchanges depend on availability and may involve extra shipping.

Cancellations

Email support@israeltacticalgear.com within 24 hours of placing your order. A cancellation is final only once we confirm it by email, and orders that have already shipped can't be cancelled. Confirmed cancellations are refunded to your original payment method within 4 business days, minus a cancellation fee of 3.5% of the order total or $10, whichever is lower.

Warranty

Every product we sell is genuine and carries its manufacturer's warranty. On top of that, we guarantee every product for at least one year: if the manufacturer's warranty is shorter, we cover the rest of the year. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It doesn't cover misuse, accidents or unauthorized modifications.
