Shipping Policy

Every order ships with tracking. Here is exactly what to expect, from checkout to your door.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–4 business days (weekends and holidays excluded). During holidays, peak seasons or supply delays this can take 4–7 business days. If it will take longer, we'll email you.

Your gear ships from our US warehouse, directly from the manufacturer, or from our main warehouse in Israel. If an order ships from more than one location, it may arrive in more than one package, and you'll get a tracking number for each.

If an item isn't in our US warehouse, it ships from Israel and may take a little longer.

International Shipping

MCK conversion kits: international orders need export paperwork, so processing and shipping can take 10–20 business days.
TDI products: international orders ship via USPS / UPS for a $40 fee, shown at checkout.
Registered Shipping can't be insured.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email the day your order ships. You can also track it on 17track, UPS or USPS. Carriers keep tracking for 90 days, so if your package hasn't arrived, tell us within that window.

Delivery times are carrier estimates. Remote areas, customs, weather, strikes and holidays can add time.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products ship to US addresses only, and some can't be sold to certain states. Any restriction is listed on the product page, under the price. It's your responsibility to check that a product is legal where you live before ordering. Orders refused or seized because of local restrictions aren't eligible for a refund.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders ship Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). You are the importer of record, so any import duties, taxes and customs fees are paid by you on arrival and aren't refundable. Customs clearance can add time beyond our estimates. We'll provide invoices and any export documents on request.

EU orders (from July 1, 2026)

All EU orders are subject to your country's VAT, whatever the order value.
Orders up to €150 also carry a flat €3 customs fee per product type (per line category, not per item). Example: 5 identical pouches = €3; a pouch, a stock and a sling = €9.
VAT and the €3 fee are paid by you on delivery. The €3 fee isn't refundable if you return or cancel.

Lost, Damaged or Refused Packages

Please double-check your address at checkout: we can't be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address. If a package is refused, or held and returned by customs, we refund it once it's back with us, minus shipping and any applicable fees. Packages confirmed lost or damaged by the carrier are handled as described in our Returns policy.
