Terms of service
These terms apply to every visit to and purchase from israeltacticalgear.com, operated by Israel Tactical Gear ("we", "us"). By using the store or placing an order, you agree to them.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, and of legal age where you live, to buy from us.
Your Responsibility for Local Laws
Laws on firearm accessories differ by country and by US state, especially for magazines, stocks, braces and conversion kits. Before ordering, it's your responsibility to make sure that buying, importing, owning and using each product is legal where you live. Known restrictions are noted on the product page, but that list isn't complete. We may cancel any order we believe can't be legally shipped to you. Orders refused or seized because of local laws aren't eligible for a refund.
Products and Information
We sell genuine products from their manufacturers. We work to keep descriptions, compatibility, photos and prices accurate, but mistakes can happen and manufacturers can change products. Colors may look slightly different on your screen. If we find a pricing or listing error after you've ordered, we'll contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.
Orders and Payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, limit or cancel any order, for example if an item is out of stock, an error is found, or the payment is flagged as fraudulent. If we cancel, you'll get a full refund. Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken when you place your order.
Shipping, Customs and Taxes
Shipping costs, delivery times and customs are explained in our Shipping Policy. International orders ship Delivery Duty Unpaid: you are the importer of record and any duties, VAT and customs fees are yours to pay.

Safe and Proper Use
Install and use every product according to the manufacturer's instructions, by a qualified person where needed, and follow all safety rules and laws. We aren't responsible for damage or injury from improper installation, misuse, modification or illegal use.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
Intellectual Property
The store's content, including text, photos, videos and design, belongs to us or our licensors. Brand names and logos belong to their owners. You may not copy or reuse our content without written permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
