The Eitan 12 is Lior’s advanced international version of the traditional Israel IDF Army Standard Issue Chashmoni Vest. The Chashmoni was designed to provide the Israeli soldier with a larger ballistic protective surface, which results in the vest’s unique one-piece body surround design. Naturally, this also provides added tactical Molle surface to enable the soldier to carry a large and varied selection of tactical gear and pouches. The Eitan 12 integrates the advantages of the Lior Eitan Series into the IDF Chashmoni large surround vest design, including perspiration control surfaces, comfortable inner padding, shoulder straps that don’t chaff the neck and receive and channel water tubes and communication wiring. Quick and easy side release buckles are all standard. Ideal for Israeli soldiers looking for a modern quality vest that can accommodate his Chashmoni IDF issued protective plates or for friendly armies looking for a one piece larger than standard protection surface vest. The Eitan 12’s internal ballistic plate pockets are specially tailored to also receive 10” x 12” and 11” x 14” protective plates that can be fitted with additional soft armor side protection.
